WARRANTY & SERVICE REQUEST

RAZR Ice Augers Warranty Policy

At RAZR Ice Augers, we stand behind the quality of our products. We warrant to the original owner that any product found to be defective due to manufacturing flaws will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, within the specified warranty period.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Pre-authorized warranty repairs will be completed at no charge by RAZR Ice Augers or an Authorized Service Center.

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from RAZR Ice Augers or an Authorized Service Center.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover loss of use, inconvenience, commercial loss, or consequential damages.

What’s Not Covered:
The manufacturer’s warranty will not apply if the product has been:

  • Damaged due to accident, improper installation, or misuse

  • Modified, neglected, or repaired using unauthorized parts or attachments

  • Subjected to improper maintenance or misapplication

Additional Warranty Terms:

  • Warranty claims will not be honored without the original purchase receipt and photos of the damaged product.

  • Warranty coverage does not apply to demo models, display models, out-of-box models, close-out, or discontinued items.
